In an electric car the air conditioning does more than cool the cabin — the same system often chills the high-voltage battery during driving and fast charging. A weak AC therefore means less comfort, slower charging and faster battery aging.
EV compressors are high-voltage and use special insulating oil, so a standard AC shop recharge can damage them. Our technicians use EV-approved equipment and refrigerants to diagnose leaks, valves, sensors, the chiller and the heat pump, and recharge the system to factory specification.

Why does a bad AC slow down fast charging?
