Do I need approval to install an EV charger at home in the UAE?
Yes. Utilities such as DEWA, ADDC/AADC and SEWA require installations to follow their EV charging regulations, and many communities and buildings need landlord or NOC approval. We prepare the documents for you.
Which charger power should I choose?
Most villas are well served by a 7kW single-phase or 11kW three-phase charger. 22kW only helps if your car's onboard charger supports it. We check this before recommending anything.
Can you install a charger in an apartment building?
Yes, with the building management's approval. We survey the parking level, plan the cable route to an approved supply and can add metering for billing.
