EV Battery Repair
The high-voltage battery is the most expensive part of any electric car, and a warning light on the dashboard often comes with a dealer quote for a complete new pack. In most cases that is not necessary. A typical EV battery is built from dozens of modules and hundreds of cells, and faults usually start in one weak module, a failed contactor, a damaged sensor or the battery management system (BMS).
Our high-voltage technicians open, test and balance battery packs in a controlled workshop environment. We identify the exact faulty module or component, replace it with a matched part, rebalance the pack and clear the fault codes — restoring range and reliability at a fraction of the cost of a replacement.

Can an electric car battery really be repaired instead of replaced?
Yes. Most failures are limited to one or two modules, a contactor, a sensor or the BMS. Replacing only the faulty part typically costs 30-70% less than a new pack and keeps the rest of your healthy battery in service.
How long does EV battery repair take?
Diagnosis takes 1-2 hours. A module repair usually takes 2-4 working days including pack removal, parts matching, balancing and testing.
Will a battery repair affect my manufacturer warranty?
If your battery is still under the manufacturer's warranty we will tell you so and advise you to use it first. For out-of-warranty vehicles we provide our own warranty on the repaired modules.
