EV Tyres, Wheel Alignment & Suspension
Electric cars are heavier and deliver instant torque, so they wear tyres up to 20-30% faster than comparable petrol cars. The wrong tyre — without the correct load index, low rolling resistance or acoustic foam — costs you range, comfort and safety.
We supply and fit EV-rated tyres, repair punctures, and carry out wheel alignment and balancing to the manufacturer's specification. We also inspect suspension bushes, arms and air suspension components that carry the extra weight of the battery.
Signs you need this service

Frequently asked questions
Do electric cars need special tyres?
They need tyres with an adequate load rating (often HL or XL), and benefit from low rolling resistance and noise-reducing foam. Using normal tyres can reduce range and wear out quickly.
How often should I align my EV?
Every 10,000-15,000 km, after hitting a large pothole or kerb, and whenever you fit new tyres.
